Bulletproof is a brand name, the garments are neither bulletproof or stab proof.
The “extreme” range of Bulletproof Clothing was designed to offer protection against abrasive injuries and therefore they contain “100%” Kevlar (this is the quality of the Kevlar and not the quantity), across the top of the shoulders, down the sleeves and through to the cuff.
They are not intened to replace motorcycle clothing, but to offer an alternative, much like our Kevlar lined jeans, for Motorcyclists, BMX Riders, SkateBoarders, bicycle riders – the list is endless, where abrasion injuries can be avoided in wearing our Kevlar clothing.
